How To Honor Yourself In Relationships
In this episode Melissa Coloton discusses the Honor You Method for managing relationship triggers in both romantic and professional relationships.
She shares a personal example where, instead of reacting negatively, she recognized she was triggered, processed her emotions, and later communicated her feelings calmly, thus honoring herself in a relationship.
The Honor You approach focuses on pausing before reacting when upset, taking time to process emotions independently, and then communicating needs without emotional charge or blame.
